Flenumek provides an AI-powered financial market analysis platform that delivers data insights, analytical tools, and related digital services to registered users. The service is provided on a subscription or access basis as described at the time of registration. Flenumek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Flenumek is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain additional access is prohibited.

You may use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Flenumek does not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, asset, or financial instrument. You acknowledge that financial markets carry inherent risk and that past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the service.
8. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the service require payment of fees as set out in the applicable subscription plan. All fees are stated in the currency specified at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. Flenumek reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
